FRED VENTURA

This is amazing. Fred Ventura will be known to many Italo/Clone/CBS (R.I.P) freaks as the voice behind some 25 years of powerful disco and emotional dancefloor moments. Fred started his journey in the early 1980's with a 4 track cassette machine, a Roland Juno 60 synth, an Oberheimer DX drum machine and a love of New Order's 'Blue Monday'. Between 1983-89 he released 12 singles and worked with legendary Italo producers like Turatti & Chieregato and Farina & Crivellente on songs like "The Years" & "Winds of Change" which brought him success across Europe. More recently Fred has worked with Alden Tyrell and I-f with tracks released on Clone records, and his amazing 'Body Heat' 12" was reissued on Clone's Classic Cuts series. This collection couldn't be summed up better than this statement from Clone records "This could be too much good fun and heartache for many... But if you are in for a little cruising with your vintage BMW 3 Series or Opel Manta on the sunny boulevard of Rimini, Schevingen, Las Palmas or San Tropez... this is the perfect sound track!". POWERFUL!!! BOOMKAT
