''To the best of my knowledge this music is not available on CD or any
optical media except DVD. This may seem like a good thing but for
those who are familiar with the video version and the accompanying
soundtrack, the DVD is merely a transfer from the video to optical
with no sound enhancements, hence it has all the charm of a vinyl recording.

Parts of it sound very good and other parts sound rough because they
are rough. On the whole it is a very listenable recording. Some
is in Stereo while other parts seem to be in Mono. Regardless, the
encoding is done at 192kbps.

Enjoy the music or better yet, rent the film on DVD entitled TEN ASTONISHING SHORT FILMS BY THE BROTHERS QUAY. They are astonishing.
